Book Your Wedding
Congratulations on your decision to your destination wedding at Hummingbird Hall Jamaica; the award winning home of all inclusive boutique destination weddings in Jamaica. We are delighted that you have chosen us.
The following steps are required to make a booking at our venue:
- Confirm with our Accounts Department that your date is available.
- Complete the Booking Form, located here . All fields in the Booking Form must be completed. We recommend that you ensure that you have all information necessary to complete the form prior to beginning, as the form cannot be saved.
- Sign the Electronic Contract within 1 week of it having been dispatched.
- Confirm your booking by way of a reservation deposit no later than 2 weeks after the contracts have been signed. Hummingbird Hall accepts wire transfers and direct bank deposits only (please see below)
Clients gain access to the Feathers Client Portal once the electronic contract has been signed.
Hummingbird Hall’s Direct Booking Discount:
By proceeding you understand that the rates quoted represent Hummingbird Hall’s Direct Booking Discount (DBD) and are only available to those who book directly with Hummingbird Hall and pay via wire transfer.
Those who wish to pay using a credit card may pay via a travel agent, and would be responsible for all additional fees including the travel agent’s commission and credit card processing fees (an approximate 15% increase to the base cost of the wedding). Please contact us if you wish to book using a travel agent.
