HUMMINGBIRD HALL STATIONARY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DESIGN

Inspiration photographs provided by the client are for inspiration only. Hummingbird Hall Stationers do not replicate or plagiarise any design nor will we copy any design exactly. Hummingbird Hall Stationers retain the copyright to all its works, and respects the copyrights of other artists.

EDITS

An Understanding of Reasonableness underlines stationary design at Hummingbird Hall.

Stationary design includes FOUR complimentary rounds of edits. After this a charge of US$20 per round of edits will be applied.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel the stationary item after consultations have begun, though prior to the first proof: 25% of the total cost will be retained.

If you wish to cancel the stationary item after the first proof, 75% of the total cost will be retained.

FINAL PROOF

The final proof will be sent via electronic contract for the signature of clients. The client understands that subtle colour variations may exist between the electronic proof and final product due to the calibration of the computer screen, paper stock chosen or other conditions which are beyond the control of Hummingbird Hall Stationers.

Whilst care is taken to correct errors during the design process, it is possible that spelling and other errors may go undetected by the designer. Clients must check the final proof thoroughly as Hummingbird Hall is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies that are printed as a result of the final proof being accepted by the client; nor will refunds or reprints be issued. This includes (though is not limited to) typographical errors, spelling errors and formatting errors.

The proof becomes final upon the electronic signatures of all parties.

DELIVERY

Hummingbird Hall is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit or delivery. Clients are advised to secure insurance if concerned about damage during delivery.

Hummingbird Hall Stationers reserve the right to amend and/or change and/or add too these terms and conditions without notice.
